How far in advance should I book?

We accept bookings as close as 2 weeks depending on our schedule but for better planning, 4 – 8 weeks is ideal

What's included in your services?

Our packages include setup and take down, professional booth operation, unlimited digital photos/videos, instant digital sharing (QR codes, email, social media, online gallery), backdrops, props, lighting, branding, and music. Check our packages to review the offerings.

Do you provide instant prints?

Yes! Our Print Royale package includes professional instant prints. Our other packages focus on digital sharing, but printed options can be added to any package for an additional fee.

Can you customize the booth for our branding?

Absolutely! We create custom backdrops, overlays, and themes to match your event's aesthetic and branding. Our team works closely with you to bring your vision to life.

Do you travel to nearby cities?

We primarily serve Calgary and the surrounding areas, but we do travel to nearby regions and across Canada for events. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area. Contact us to discuss your specific location!

How long can I book for?

We accept minimum of 2 hours booking because of the workmanship and setup time

How long does it take to set up?

We require at least 90 minutes to fully setup and we recommend factoring this timing into your hall booking

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30+ days before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days incur a 50% fee. We offer rescheduling with no fees if you need to change your date.

How do guests access their photos?

Guests can instantly share photos via QR codes that direct them to a private online gallery, email images directly, or share to social media. You'll also receive a complete gallery after your event.
